We live in a world of constant and ever quickening change. This change is rapidly transforming the talent, skills and performance that are required to lead and manage organizations.

AIMS is an international network of search firms - in 39 countries around the world - that forms global strategic partnerships with our clients. We help them to acquire the high performers that they need to succeed in this new world.
We do this by offering our clients a results-based alternative to the traditional model of international recruitment. The current model of international recruitment utilizes the services of a multi branch and many layered search firm charging large fees with wide variances in results.
A different business model drives AIMS. The owners and operators of large domestic search firms in several countries joined together in the early 1990's to create a network of associates dedicated to the highest quality standards of recruitment internationally. The power of AIMS lies in the fact that each owner-manager has high accountability for driving results for our clients.
These individuals and their companies have a very strong appreciation of their domestic markets for talent acquisition. They operate with a flexibility and response time, which is hard to match. As private firms, we are driven by and focused on long-term relationships with clients and not quarterly profit objectives.
The members of our network are committed to a process of continual review and monitoring of our quality standards. We have an oversight committee that insures that our quality standards are at the highest level in every country in which we operate. Several of our members are ISO 9002 certified or meet the highest standards of quality in their countries.
The functioning of a high performance organization requires recognition and response to clients needs. As such AIMS has an international account management structure to provide each client with the individualized custom service that you require.
