Luiz started his career in 1977 collaborating with prestigious multinational companies such as WELCOME COOPERS /SCHERING-PLOUGH GROUP and COLGATE PALMOLIVE S.A in marketing field. He then moved to SQUIBB / CIBA-GEIGY / NOVARTIS and MERCK SHARP & DHOME holding key managerial positions. Luiz developed overtime a broad international experience working with leading companies located in USA, Argentina, Spain and Brazil. Before founding AIMS-Lafer in Argentina he was Senior Consultant with AIMS Brazil completing successful Board appointments and HR consultancy projects both locally and internationally.
