A career in Executive Management, BS from CESA University (Bogota, Colombia) in Business Administration and Postgraduate studies in Marketing Management at in Marketing Management at EAFIT University Bogotá, Colombia. Has attended several seminars overseas in Business Administration and Strategic Planning, and successfully accumulated over 15 years of experience in recruitment and human resources at executive level. VP of Top Management International and Regional Manager of Medellín and Barraquilla offices.

Psychologist, Andes University, Bogotá. Her recruitment and selection career commenced as a Consultant in Tasa Worldwide, as Consultant, where she conducted a variety of senior level searches in marketing, sales, e-business, finance and general management positions. She subsequently worked for Ultrabursatiles S.A. for 2 years, as Human Resources Director, managing selection, training and well-being and prior to that, she worked for CAM Colombia, in the same position. Presently, she works for Top Management International as Senior Consultant, conducting important search and selection process for different industries and level management positions.
