Eva has 15 years of experience in consulting business (10 years in management and strategic consulting within international management consultancy and 5 years in HR consulting within Fontes). Accumulated experience in the Human Resources field and thorough knowledge of the cultural framework and mechanisms related to Estonian business environment.
