Mika Hiltunen (M.Sc. psychology) has experience from international management positions. The previous seven years Mika acted as a Vice President and the Head of group level R&D department in Nordea group, managing the development of the world’s leading Internet Bank and building his organization inside Nordea group. He was actively involved in merging the various national banks together regarding processes, personnel, culture and technology. Before that, he worked as a consultant and team leader in Accenture, in a specialist role in Teamware Fujitsu and in HR consulting in late 90’s. Mika has authored books about e.g. human factors & organizational issues. Mika works as a Managing Director and Partner in Open Management & Progress and is a member of its management team and BOD.
