Peter Barkhurst Peter was born in 1960 and joined AIMS International-Germany in 2007 as a Senior Consultant in Executive Search and a wide range of Human Resources related topics. He is the right person to solve complex issues in Human Resources Management and focuses on search and selection of Management positions for international industrial clients. Peter offers experience in several fields of HR such as search and selection personal and organisational development, outplacement, outsourcing and coaching. During his professional career he has shown his abilities and strengths in communication and leadership within international environments. He has done several international organisational development projects in industrial companies as well as building up and structuring a consultancy of a social security association. Peter holds a Master of social sciences (Dipl. Pädagoge/Berufspädagogik) and has accumulated knowledge in work law and cross-cultural subjects.
