Rainer Duhnsen Rainer acts as a Senior Consultant in Executive Search and he manages our business at the AIMS-Stuttgart Office. Before he joined AIMS- International-Germany in 2009 Rainer hold HR leading positions for some international acting companies. Rainer offers the full range of HR functions and processes within the business: Search and selection of personal, Organizational development (KAIZEN and Continous Improvement Processes/CIP), Performance management, succession planning, talent management employee relations and –compensations, Partnering with client leadership to plan and execute strategies that ensure maximum engagement of human resource capital. He has good knowledge of international customs procedures, cross-cultural subjects and understanding of the application of labour laws. Rainer was born in 1957. He holds a Master of Psychology (Industrial/ Organizational Psychology) and he is certified as Business Coach since 2005.
