Roger M. Cater Prior to forming AIMS International UK, Roger Cater held Senior International Human Resources positions in Rockwell International, Mitel Corporation and Smith and Nephew Plc. Most recently he was Director of Group Human Resources, Amersham International Plc prior to the Company being acquired by GE Healthcare. He is now Managing Director of AIMS International UK Limited has an MSc. in Human Resources Management, and is a Fellow Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. He is Immediate Past President of AIMS International, one of the largest Retained Executive Search organisations in the world.

Andrew Walker Prior to joining AIMS International UK as a Director, in his early career, and after gaining legal and accounting qualifications, Andrew Walker held Senior Corporate roles in the Inchcape Group, Lloyds Bank International and Reed International. He has worked in the USA, Australasia and throughout Eastern and Western Europe and in 2002 founded The International Executive Search Federation for whom he was until recently the Joint President and Director. He has served as a Non Executive Director of an NHS Trust in the UK Mental Health sector and is, a Search, Human Resource and Business Process Consultant with a portfolio of clients both in Government, SME and FTSE multi-specialist sectors.
