Daiga Ergle is Senior Consultant, Chairman of the Board.
Her first HR experience dates back to 1996 at Colgate-Palmolive Baltics Office in Riga. In the following years she has been taking HR Manager’s position in local soft drinks producer “Gutta”, Finnish Department store “Stockmann” in Riga and Siemens Latvia operations.
Daiga joined Consultancy business at the end of 2005 in a role of Search Team Leader. Apart from the team supervision she is managing executive search and HR consulting projects.
