Kevin Wallis Kevin has been an Executive Search & People Consultant since August 1994. After 10 years with the Swedish based global practice Mercuri Urval he established Mode HR – an Executive Search & People Consulting practice working across Australia and New Zealand. Over the past 14 years Kevin has worked with a wide range of public and private business entities providing HR related services in the areas of leadership & development, executive search, recruitment and selection, company and & sales team analysis, performance profiling and general HR management. Kevin is currently the lead Consultant in projects within retail, industrial/trade and building products sectors. He has recent experience in healthcare/medical, sports apparel, water management and energy. The attraction, retention and development of people is a competitive advantage most companies aspire to. This area of business is of particular interest to Kevin. Kevin is currently a Director of Access Programs Australia and a former Rear Commodore of the Middle Harbour Yacht Club.
