Carlos Morgado Degree in Psychology. Over 20 years experience in Search & Selection. His involvement with MSL in Portugal dates from 1988, when he launched the firm's personnel recruitment and selection operations. He is now a partner of MSL and AIMS International Portugal.
Fernando Dias Degree in Psychology. Over 15 years experience in Search & Selection. His involvement with MSL dates from 1991. Since 1995 he has occupied a series of senior media management positions. As chief press officer to the Portuguese ministerial cabinet (1995-97), he reported to the government minister responsible for the media. He is now a partner of MSL and AIMS International Portugal.

AIMS International Portgal was founded in 2000 as an offshoot of MSL Multiconsultadoria e Seleccao, which has been operating in Portugal since 1988.
