Juan Luis Garrigós In 2002 Mr. Garrigós, 47 years old, joined Stemper Consultores Asociados, a main company for the search and selection of directors in Spain, as managing partner at its office in Valencia.
He holds a degree in Laws at the University of Madrid, and coursed a MBA Major Human Resources at the Kennedy University of California, in the United States of America and later on, a Master's degree in Legal Consultancy at the bar association.
Mr. Garrigós' experience as Human Resources Manager lasted for more than 18 years, at companies such as Grupo Antolín and Ficosa Internacional, both automotive industries. He also owns an extensive experience as a lawyer. Speaker at congresses and conventions about human resources, and feature writer for magazines of this sector, he received the prize for the Human Resources Full Management organized by the magazine "Capital Humano".
